Make sure your username and/or password are typed correctly. Check the caps lock.
When you are at the login screen, click on the computer name until you get a red, yellow, or green light. Wait for it to turn green. If it stays red proceed to number 3. If it stays yellow, ask your teacher to login as an admin and check the date and time.
Log in as a student and get on the Internet.
A. If the Internet is working log out and try to log back in as you.
B. If the Internet is NOT working…..
1. Try turning the airport off then on.
2. Open Safari and run a check
